WELCOME TO ARCADIA SPORTS CENTRAL! WHERE KIDS COME FIRST. PERIOD.

Arcadia Sports Central has two main goals. The first is to teach the kids the fundamentals and proper mechanics of each program we offer to prepare the young athletes for the next level of competition, and the second goal is to make the game days ridiculously fun, to keep kids excited about playing sports.

Why play at Arcadia Sports Central? Our league is highly organized in every aspect of each season. Youth sports is our passion and we strive to make it a great experience for all families involved. We answer our phone and emails promptly and are very easy to reach. This league is 100% about the kids. There is no room for coach egos. We do not tolerate poor behavior and hold all of our participants, parents, spectators and coaches to a high standard of integrity. This is a local Arcadia/south Scottsdale league that is owned/operated by a local family. We are former youth sports parents who fell in love with the game and wanted to create that same experience we brought to our team of ten, to an entire league. We took the experience and knowledge gained and created a fun atmosphere for every family to enjoy. Arcadia Sports Central believes in giving all kids, from all walks of life, the opportunity to play youth sports.

About our League

Soccer Amira

All of our sports program rules are designed to mimic high school rules while also keeping them age appropriate so the kids can develop the necessary skills to thrive. As the kids move through each age group, they will be introduced to the next level of rules.

Our game days are intentionally fun and include music, large team tents, team benches, a team tunnel and concessions. We encourage good sportsmanship by all, and don’t welcome the “cutthroat environment” and “win at all costs” coaches. We took the pressure off the kids by not “crowning” division champions. Instead, the teams will use the regular season games to develop each player and learn the game. We do have an end of season tournament in all sports and the winners in the tournament receive trophies. This is the time to take the fundamentals that were learned throughout the season and compete for a chance to be named tournament champion in each age group. This is the recipe for our focus of competitive fun.

TEACHING
THE FUNDAMENTALS
OF SPORTS

To us, the objective of youth sports is simple. Teach kids the right way to play sports, make sure they enjoy doing it and prepare them physically and emotionally for what life will throw at them, as athletes, students, and citizens.

We provide coach training to elevate the quality of adult leadership in our leagues. Our training promotes a positive youth sports experience for each player, consistent with the mission and vision of Arcadia Sports Central. There’s a difference beween “want to win” and “have to win,” and we encourage a healthy balance between the two, yielding an atmostphere of competitive fun.
